1. Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval and process the refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email support@queenssilver.com with a photo of the issue.
4. Shipping Returns
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective. Use a trackable shipping service.
